We’re excited to offer Wellness Plans, making it easier to manage your pet’s healthcare. Withus, you can spread the cost of annual wellness visits over 12 affordable monthly payments, ensuring your pet receives essential care without the financial stress.

Unlimited Exams:
Enjoy unlimited exams for wellness visits, sick visits, and technician consultations (excludes emergency exams or hospitalization).
Zero Fees or Upfront Costs:
Signing up is completely free and as a Snout member, you won’t need to pay anything covered by your plan at the time of service. Snout will cover the initial bill, allowing you to focus on what’s most important – your pet’s health.
Ease of Use:
Enrolling in a Snout Wellness Plan is easy. You can sign up from the comfort of your home or ask one of our front desk team members to assist with your enrollment.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up?
Your veterinary team will help you enroll. Scan the QR code in clinic or visit the enrollment website. The process takes just a few minutes!
Can I cancel my plan?
Plans are a 12-month commitment. Cancellations are only permitted for certain circumstances and a $25 cancellation fee may be charged. The balance of plan services used will be due upon cancellation.
What if my pet passes away?
We understand this is a difficult time. We'll calculate any remaining balance based on services used versus payments made. Monthly charges will continue until the balance is paid in full, then the plan will be cancelled.
How does billing work?
The card you have on file with Snout will be charged once monthly for your membership fee. When you visit the clinic, your plan covered items will be paid for by Snout. If you receive services not included in your plan, Snout will charge your card on file, unless payment is taken in the clinic. You'll receive emailed receipts after each visit.
Can I transfer my plan to a different pet?
No, plans are specific to the individual pet enrolled.
Can I use my plan at other clinics?
Every plan is unique to the hospital you enrolled at. Plans cannot be used at other hospitals unless specified.
Can I sign up for a plan after my visit?
No, plan benefits cannot be applied to appointments that have already happened. You must enroll before or during your visit. However, once enrolled, your plan benefits are available immediately for all future visits.
How do I change my contact or billing information?
Please reach out to Snout support for any changes to your account information or payment method. We are happy to help!
Is this pet insurance?
No, Snout wellness plans are not insurance. They're preventive care plans that bundle routine services (like exams, vaccines, and wellness diagnostics) into affordable monthly payments.
